Day - 01 :
Departure from Home country

Day - 02 : Chennai (Madras)
Arrival chennai (Madras) transfer to Hotel

Day - 03 : Chennai - Mahaballipuram - Kanchipuram
Full day tour of Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram (check out form the Hotel 12.00 hrs.). Kanchipuram (approx 2 hrs. Journey from Madras) visit temples of Ekambaswaraq, Kailasanatha, Sri Kamakshi and varadaraj as warmy are of the interests Kanchipuram is also famous for its silk. The city Maha balipuram is famous for the seven pagodas here on the seashore is an interesting group of ancient rock. Hewn temples which are the examples of dravidian style of architecture. Evening transfer to railway. Station for trichy might train, night on board.

Day . 04 : Trichy
Morning arrive trichy and transfer to Hotel. Afternoon tour of trichy was the citadel of the chola dy nasty in the medieval period. In the 18th century it witnessed the camatic wars fought between the french and the English Lord Robert clive's house in still there to see and so is the Danish church. The rock port is the landmark of trichy. A climb of 434 steps leads to the ancient temple of Ganapati on top and a further climb to a Shiva Temple- overnight stay at trichy.

Day . 05 : Tanjore / Madhurai
Morning drive to Madhurai visiting Tanjore enroute. At Tanjore, the beautiful chola temple of brihadeshwara is capped by a monolitnic cupola made of a single granite block weighting 80 tons which was taken to the top with the help of a 6 kIn long ramp, an old technique used by the Egyptian for building pyramids. Its bronzes and handicrafts make tanjore one of the highlights of a visit to south India over night Madhurai.

Day . 06 : Madhurai
Morning visit the great meenakashi temple dedicated to the consort of lord Shiva with its towering gopurams (rising high above the surrounding country side) later, visit the tirumala Nayak Palace A gracious building in the Indo saralenic style, famous for the stucco work on its domes and arches also visit the argas hills and tirupara Kundran Rock temple, afternoon free.

Day . 07 : Periyar
Morning drive to Periyar National park. And forms part of the high mountain ranges, the western wild life can be seen while crushing on periallake in a motor boat. Amongst the animal which can be seen are elephants, wild
boar sarnbar, tiger, Leo pard wild dog, langur, Monkeys etc. Overnight stay at periyar

Day. 08 : Cochin
Drive to Cochin overnight Cochin.

Day. 09 : Cachin
Morning tour of Cochin, is the natural harbour creates by the famed under water malabar
mud banks whose quality ensures that the rougher the seas are outside the calmer the waters are with in the harbour vasco-de-gama place it on the world map. It has a fewish synagogue, portugelse, churches, mosques & Hindu temples. Watch the chineese fishing, nets.

Day. 10 : Banglore / Mysore
Morning transfer to airport for Banglore flight. Arrival to mysore. Overnight mysore.

Day . 11 : Mysore
Full day excursion to Behir and Halebid. The chenna Kesava Temple of Belur built 100 years ago isan exquisite example of Hoysala art. Halebid's 12th Century Hoysaleswara and kedaareswara temples are master pieces of Hind art. On the return if time permits, visit Sravanbelgola. At sravanbelgola, hewn out of a single rock and visible from a distance of 25 kms. Is the status of Lord go metshwara which is bathed with mild and honey once every 12 years.
Overnight Mysore.

Day - 12 : Mysore
Morning visit the palace of the Maharaja built in 1911-1912 the palaces is of Hannonians syntheses of the Hindu and Saracenic styles of architecture with archways domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures which are magnificent. Visit the art gallery drive upto charnundi hill to see chamundeshwall temple and a Panaromic view of mysore. On the way back, see the Nandi Bull. Afternoon free.
Overnight stay in Mysore.

Day - 13 : Chennai (Madras)
Transfer to railway station for madras train. Arrival and transfer to Hotel overnight Madras.

Day - 14 : Departure
Morning free. Check out 12.00 hrs. Transfer to Airport for return of night.
